In case of “No Show”, reservations that did not arrive at the Hotel, must pay the total nights reserved as a penalty.
If a confirmed reservation needs to be cancelled, please contact the hotel directly to inform the Reservations Department or Front Desk 24 hours prior to arrival time. If the reservation is not cancelled as stated above, the total number of nights reserved will be charged as a penalty.
